Classes are run at the Angel Centre, Angel Walk, TONBRIDGE, Kent, TN9 1SF

The Angel Centre is ideallly situated in the centre of Tonbridge and is surrounded by ample parking (pay & display) and only a short walk from Tonbridge Railway Station.

Full changing room/shower facilities.

Classes consist of a 30 minute warm up including basic cardio & jiu-jitsu techniques.  The balance of the lesson is then spent drilling Carslon Gracie jiu-jitsu techniques including,  take-downs, transistions, submissions, strategies, defences and sparring.

Lessons cost £10 per Class or £50 per month.

(monthly membership includes unlimited training @ Carlsons London, Keddles & Ashford)

Training Gi's can be provided subject to availability, Judo Gi's are fine for training. 

Sundays - 1pm - 3pm

Wednesdays & Fridays - 7pm - 9pm

(NO Gi in conjunction with Tonbridge Mixed Martial Arts Academy)
